It is possible to modify your booking for another session if done more than 24 hours before the session (after this period, the session is non-modifiable and non-refundable). Simply log in to your member account on the website, with the email you used during the reservation, or your PayPal email.
Then go to “My Profile” > “My Reservations” > “Reschedule.” You can choose the one you want if it is not full. If you are unable to access your space, you can click on “forgot password” or try using another email address you might have used.

The sessions are refundable up to 24 hours before an online session and 48 hours before an in-person session. After this period, sessions cannot be modified or refunded. To request a refund, please contact us at contact@yatrakundaliniactivation.com, specifying the subject of your request, as well as the date and time of your reservation. A flat fee of 10% will be applied to cover transaction fees.
You can also choose to receive a credit (no charge) or transfer your session to a friend (no charge).
