Yatra Kundalini Activation is a process of letting go that allows you to activate your life force energy through resonance effect, entering an unprecedented state of expanded consciousness. Surrender to this moment of introspection with confidence for a profound transformation at all levels.

Session Overview: 
A YKA session lasts approximately two hours. Lying on a yoga mat or a flat surface, all you need to do is close your eyes and relax.

During the first half hour, the facilitator will introduce the session, provide all necessary instructions, and answer any questions you may have.

Then, you will be invited to lie down, with your camera on and eyes closed, while music plays for one hour.

A specially designed playlist will guide you through 12 stages of transformation, leading you into an energetic activation that may induce a conscious trance.

The facilitator will personally attend to you and the entire group from a distance, guiding you throughout the process. She will also chant certain mantras in Sanskrit and use Light Language to assist you in your activation. You don't have to do anything except welcome the energy within you and feel it circulate while focusing on your physical, emotional, and energetic sensations.

At the end of the music, the facilitator will address any questions you may have.

This experience relies on your ability to let go and requires an open mind and heart. Surrender completely to the experience. The more you relax, the greater the benefits you will derive from it.

Explanation

At the beginning of each session, the facilitator takes a moment to explain the flow of the upcoming practice. They clarify the session's objectives, the techniques that will be used, and the expected effects. It's also an opportunity to create a welcoming atmosphere and answer any questions participants may have, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident to dive deep into themselves.

Demonstration

Then, the facilitator may perform a demonstration on a volunteer participant. This demonstration does not require any specific action from the other participants but offers them a valuable opportunity to observe the potential effects of the practice. It allows them to visualize possible outcomes and better understand the processes that will be experienced during the session.

Session

Once the explanations and demonstrations are complete, the actual session can begin. Participants are invited to lay down on a yoga mat, to relax, and to fully immerse themselves in the practice. During this phase, participants are encouraged to detach from any expectations and to release any tension or resistance.

Sharing

At the end of the session, the facilitator offers a sharing circle where participants are invited to express their feelings and experiences during the practice. This sharing is optional, and everyone is free to speak or simply listen to others. It’s a valuable moment to create a sense of community and support, and to integrate any insights or emotions that emerged during the session.

HOW DO YKA ONLINE SESSIONS WORK

Online sessions offer the same benefits as in-person ones.

The process remains the same, whether conducted remotely or in person.

Energy knows no spatial or temporal boundaries. It flows in the same way online, going where it needs to, and the triggers initiated by the music and the facilitator's voice (mantras and light language) have the same effect as a physical session.

There are several advantages to participating in a Yatra Kundalini Activation session online. The convenience of being able to stay at home is practical, as you don't have to travel.

You can make yourself comfortable and feel safe. The ability to allow yourself to relax and be fully present in the experience is incredibly powerful and can lead to profound transformations.

You will receive the Zoom link via email, along with an explanatory video to help you prepare before the session, after your booking.

Some people prefer the comfort of their own home for an activation, as it allows them to let go more easily and to be alone in their bubble without external stimuli.

Contraindications for sessions are listed in the FAQ below. While results often manifest due to the release of inner conflicts, Yatra Kundalini Activation is not a substitute for medical treatment.

Bookings can be modified and refunded up to 24 hours before the session starts. After this period, sessions are neither cancellable nor modifiable. A flat withholding fee of 10% will be applied in case of a refund to cover transaction costs.
